MikeyDubz x Pozy One x Cuban Jon "Downward Spiral" [Digital]

Low End Theory introduces Pozy One. "Downward Spiral" is his first appearance on a Low End Theory release, with MikeyDubz and Cuban Jon behind him.

MikeyDubz produces. Dusty drums, chopped samples, low end that sits heavy. Pozy One takes the mic and writes about addiction and recovery, the slide down and the climb back, with nothing dressed up. Cuban Jon works the turntables, cutting and scratching live over the breaks.

Boom bap built the old way: sample, chop, rhyme, scratch. No gloss.

MikeyDubz and Cuban Jon were also behind "Colours" (LET023) with Dan Brown, which got BBC airplay and playlist spots across the UK, US and Europe. Same production and cuts here, with a new voice on top.
